Our History
Pam and Shane established Langdon Building over 20 years ago. They started building homes for their family, and quality expanded to building homes all over Ballarat. Langdon Building has expanded and now builds homes in Melbourne’s West & North, Geelong, Bendigo and Ballarat. A range of home designs have been designed to reflect the wide range of home builders. From the first homeowner to the downsize, Langdon has you covered.
Our display homes are very different
Unlike many builders who will incorporate tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars into their display homes, we want to show you what you will get as standard. Yes, you can still choose to add additional personalisation and customisations. So the moment you step into a Langdon Display Home, it is clear, that we are different.
Real Choice
Being the right sized builder, Langdon prides itself on their standard inclusions. Not only does Langdon offer many inclusions that many builders call extras, we offer more choice in colours, styles and textures. We work closely with our supplier brands such a Beacon Lighting, Beaumont Tiles, Residentia, Westinghouse, Selkirk, PGH and Dalshens to offer the best range of selections.
We Care
Our extended family of designers, project and office staff care deeply about delivering you the perfect home. However new homes can sometimes develop minor issues. That is why our dedicated After Care team will continue to look after your new home once you move in. A dedicated client advocate is now available to address any issues that may arise before, during and after construction.
