The Studio

Our Inspired Studio has been designed to make creating your dream home easy and fun. You’ll be inspired by our range of quality products, finishes and colours to make your home uniquely yours.

Inspired is more than just a selection studio. We’ve gathered a huge selection of fittings, floorings, bricks, tiles and joinery options that you can touch, feel, explore and really feel what it would be like to live with it in your home.

Unlike other builders, Inspired is not all about upgrades, adding to the cost of your home. In our studio, you’ll see first hand the breadth of our inclusions and array of standard options that makes us different from the other builders.

What to Expect

At your colour appointment, our specialised Colour Consultants will assist you in selecting all the elements of your new home, including bricks and external colours, joinery, floors, window furnishings and paint. You’ll be able to explore all areas of the Inspired Studio, touching and feeling carpets, tapware selections and looking at basins, sinks and baths. Our team will also work through all your home’s requirements, looking at lighting and electrical plans.

Your visit to the Inspired Studio will take around a day of your time. We like to ensure that you have everything in place to build your beautiful new home!

Your Appointment

Building your new home is exciting, but the vast array of choices on offer can be overwhelming. Before your colour appointment, start thinking about how you would like your new home to look like. Some ways you could do this include:
